Gillsons was formed in 1997 by L.H.Gill (Western Ltd) which itself was incorporated in 1986. Previous to this it was running for many years as a joinery business, and identified that there was a hole in the timber specialist market. Where could you get old pieces of skirting copied, or some firings for your roof?

Hence Gillsons was born, a family owned business that takes pride in offering quality machined stock, all made on site. Our staff have many years of experience and can help you with all your timber enquiries.

We now supply merchants, large contractors, joinery companies, trade and D.I.Y etc. In most cases we can offer a fast turn around on: profiles made to order, pressure treatments, clear treatments etc. The quality of our timber is to a standard not a price, but you will also find our prices very competitive.
